Note: If you require early check-in prior to the normal hotel policy of 1500hrs, you should book the prior night to guarantee your room will be available. Hotel check-out time is 12.00 Mid-day.
Request for early check-in can be made in your room reservation "notes" but the hotel, if at full occupancy are not liable for any long wait by guests wishing to check-in. it is your decision so please review if you are arriving on a flight arriving between 0600-1200 hrs.

You will need to supply a credit card at check-in. If you require to prepay your room and to be included in your delegate invoice, please indicate as such on your reservation. All room rates include breakfast in lobby restaurant and Wi-Fi. Room rates are optional for single or double occupancy. WPA holds a block of 150 multiple type rooms. Your reservation will be confirmed as soon we would get your room ID/Reference number from the hotel.
